Refund policy
RAR.e studio would like you to have a great shopping experience and therefor we gladly accept returns or exchanges. See instructions below:
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from it arriving at its destination.
- Make sure the item you purchased and its packaging is in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
- Worn, altered or damaged items while in customers possession, will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsable for the return expenses for an item that is exchanged/returned.
- As soon as we receive the returned item and they have undergone a quality check, your account will be credited.
